The premiere issue of Chosen Mortals opens with the first installment of “Absalom’s Revenge”. “Absalom’s Revenge” focuses on one of the darkest times in King David’s reign. The story is based on the events from 2 Samuel 13 – 19. “Good News”, the back up story, presents a unique look at the Christmas story from Luke 2.
Chosen Mortals #1 is scripted by Ben Avery, with art by Sherwin Schwartzrock.
